Weight Watchers Spicy Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients you will need:

  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 12 jumbo shrimp  peeled and deveined, – leave tails on
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

How to make:

  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium/high heat. When hot, add garlic, red pepper flakes, shrimp, and olive oil. Add salt, pepper, and monterey steak seasoning.
  2. Cook while stirring until the shrimp just turns pink, approx 3 minutes.
  3. Move to a shrimp to a serving dish. Discard garlic. Serve.
